Ingredients 100g Biscoff cookie spread 350g Biscoff cookies 300g Unsalted Butter 60g Golden Syrup 300g Condensed Milk 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1.5 teaspoon salt 200g White Chocolate

The base is made with Lotus Biscoff Biscuits.  They taste kind of like a caramely gingersnap. You can usually find Biscoffs in the cookie aisle of local grocery stores.

Crush Biscoff cookies until you have fine crumbs and drizzle in some melted butter to create the press-in crust.

The filling is made by heating condensed milk, golden syrup butter and cookie butter spread together. Once it has thickened and cooled, pour it over the crust.

The filling will be fudgy and thick! The bars need to chill for a couple of hours before they're ready for the chocolate topping.
